Westpoint runs transit fleets in Singapore. Drivers, vehicles, routes, sub-contractors. Their operations team needed a single platform to plan daily schedules, dispatch trips, track vehicles in real-time, and manage everything around the people doing the driving.
Westpoint Transit · Singapore
Atoms · Fleet Management System
Senior engineer on a long remote engagement with Westpoint Transit out of Singapore. Frontend lead on Atoms, their fleet management system. Daily schedules, trips, routes, GPS tracking, fleet and driver management.

Frontend lead on Atoms across the operations stack. Daily schedule timelines, trip + route planning, route point manager, driver live tracking, GPS trip reports, inspection + incident reporting, and a full sub-contractor module (contracts, drivers, fleet, service & maintenance). Staff and role management on top, English/CN bilingual UI.
The daily schedule is the heart of it. Dozens of drivers, hundreds of trips a day, each with pickup time, vehicle assignment, confirmation state, internal/external ops split. The whole view has to render fast, edit fast, and stay legible at the operator's pace. Pinning, filtering, drag-to-edit assignments, search across the whole timeline. Built so dispatchers don't fight the tool.
